Deborah Jenssen
We have our own Original Solid Gold Dancer on the mountain for our Adult Summer Intensive. Born & raised in Rochester NY, Deborah continued her dance training at the Boston Conservatory of Music and then ventured out to Los Angeles to pursue her dream. Almost immediately, she toured with TINA TURNER as singer/dancer on her American Tour and soon after landed the hit series SOLID GOLD which she stayed on for 4.5 years. Before, during and after she’s worked on films Xanadu, Staying Alive, as well as several TV specials/commercials/live stage shows with Olivia Newton John, Barry Manilow, Lionel Richie, Liza Minelli, Goldie Hawn, Paula Abdul and AMA awards – just to name a few. She’s had principal parts in several Music videos including Loverboy, Rod Stewart, and Was Not Was.
